MSI Constructors was tasked with gutting out 40% of the 2^nd floor (4 restrooms, 3 conference rooms, 14 offices, 2 main halls, all duct and electric we completely redone, and all plumbing related to the area was completely renovated) while keeping other courtrooms in session. The finished product was two big courtrooms, 2 Judges' offices, two offices for the Judges' assistants, 3 Restrooms, one conference room, and a storage room.

Cut in elevator opening for the 2^nd floor with maintaining elevator operations for the correction officers transporting inmates to court.

Brought in (15) precast concrete that ranged from 800LB to 2100LB, set and stood with limited headroom the precast for the holding rooms, cut in tamper-proof lights and vents for holding rooms. All walls had to be soundproof for the courtrooms. MSI passed all sound tests on the first run. Built (2) intricate raised platforms for the Judge's throne and incased the raised floor with a built-proof desk for the Judge to hide behind if that time were to come.
